Joint 5×5 Super

This is a very reliable and safe frame assembling machine with pneumatic logic system.
Stepping on the pedal the frame gets clamped and automatically the staples are inserted.

The JOINT 5X5 SUPER works with one power line of compressed air at 8 bar. It uses “PILM” staples of several sizes.
It can join profiles with 5x5mm minimum section and 100x70mm maximum. It’s possible to set the frame’s clamping strenght and the upper presser’s descent speed.

This machine has also the frontal presser’s de- vice for a perfect and high quality junction and the Pneumatic Fence Clamp for an easier insertion of the parallel staples. Moreover, there’s also the possibility to choose between manual and automatic mode to check the angle perfection before inserting the staple; it’s standardly equipped with tester device for staples and the one to insert superimposed staples. It’s the perfect machine for standard or single production with not very shaped small and medium profiles.
